POLICIES 


Our most standard policies are listed below but may not be all inclusive as new scenarios arise. 

We do our best to update our website frequently but please note policies may change at any time without notice.

Cancellation Policy 
A 24 hour-notice is required for cancellations. A fee of equal to 50% of the service is charged. Cancellations should only be done by phone or the reminder email received 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Do not use social media for cancellations. 


Returns / Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important and every effort will be made to insure this.  Store credit will be issued for most product returns within 30-days of purchase. We regret some products can not be returned.  Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.
