At N-vie Skincare, we have always taken sanitation seriously. The esthetics industry in Massachusetts is regulated by the Board of Cosmetology and we have always been held to strict protocols in order to maintain our shop license. In addition to aforementioned standard practices, we will continue to monitor and adhere to the additional CDC, state and federal guidelines relating to COVID-19.
• We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms of being sick or have been exposed to people who have symptoms or are sick. Let's help keep one another healthy!
• Prior to scheduled appointments, clients will need to wait in their cars, as the waiting area inside the spa is closed at this time. Please call when you arrive and we will tell you when to come in. If you do not have a cell phone, please call before you leave your home with an estimated time of arrival, your vehicle make and color, and we will look for you and come out to the parking lot to get you when we are ready for you to come in. Please arrive 10-minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Clients MUST wear a mask/face covering when inside of N-vie Skincare. Please bring this with you.
• Your temperature may be taken with a touchless thermometer upon your arrival.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided for your use upon entering and exiting the facility.
• Practitioners will be wearing both a mask and gloves while providing services. As always, we will be thoroughly washing and sanitizing hands before and after each client.
• Extra time will be allowed between appointments for proper disinfecting. We will be using EPA-registered, hospital-grade, biodegradable, non irritating disinfectants. All tools, spa beds, surfaces, bathrooms, etc. will be thoroughly disinfected after each client.
• Air purifiers with HEPA filters have been added to the treatment rooms.
• N-vie Skincare operates “by appointment only”. If you do not have an appointment, please call before you want to come by for product selection or curbside pickup. Hours of operation may change at any time.
