Our most standard policies are listed below but may not be all inclusive as new scenarios arise.
We do our best to update our website frequently but please note policies may change at any time without notice.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and full appointment fee is charged with less than a 24-hours notice. A 48-hour notice is preferred so we may accommodate another client if possible. . Cancellations should only be done by phone or via the reminder email received 48-hours prior to your appointment. Do not use social media for cancellations.
Returns / Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important and every effort will be made to ensure this. Store credit will be issued for most product returns within 30-days of purchase. We regret some products can not be returned. Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.
